The company founded by Kadison Hipel in 2018 originally began operating under the name “Landscape Advantage” and specialized in Interlocking stone, retaining walls, patios, walkways and other landscape construction-based services. Growing up with a swimming pool in the family Kadison had a passion for pools and began offering pool installation services in 2019 and incorporated the business as “Hipel Land & Pool Inc” in 2021 bringing on his brother Jayden as a partner. Since 2019 we have installed over 100 inground swimming pools throughout Ontario.

The team at Hipel has refined a process that makes the customer experience both enjoyable and memorable all while developing lasting relationships with our customers.

A perfectionist, skilled fiberglass pool builder, and equipment operator Nate has been a part of nearly 100 pool builds and is a critical part to every pool our team is apart of.

    Kadison starts the business as "Landscape Advantage" specializing in interlocking stone patios, walkways, pool decks, retaining walls etc. The company consists of Kadison, 1 Employee, and 1 Truck

    2019 - Finding Our Way

    After a successful year in business, Kadison is captivated by his family pool and begins exploring the possibility of pool building.

    2020 - Covid 19 Pandemic

    The business continues to grow, Going from a two-person team to a four-person team. Pools have become the focus of the business. The Covid-19 Pandemic hits.

    2022 - A Family Business

    The company has been incorporated as "Hipel Land and Pool Inc" - Kadison's brother Jayden joins the company as a partner and Jennifer (Mother) joins as office manager.
