The company founded by Kadison Hipel in 2018 originally began operating under the name “Landscape Advantage” and specialized in Interlocking stone, retaining walls, patios, walkways and other landscape construction based services. Growing up with a swimming pool in the family Kadison had a passion for pools and began offering pool installation services in 2019 and incorporated the business as “Hipel Land & Pool Inc” in 2021 bringing on his brother Jayden as a partner.

The team at Hipel has has refined a process that makes the customer experience both enjoyable and memorable all while developing lasting relationships with our customers.

I highly recommend Hipel Pools. They deliver exceptional service with a skilled and friendly crew that provides a high level of quality. Kadison, the owner, is knowledgable and helpful and goes above and beyond demonstrating a high level of integrity. It was clear after hiring them that the quality of the job was of utmost importance. For example, we were away while our sod was installed and he dropped by a long weekend to ensure it had been watered! Highly recommend!

Pool installed, with paver coping, and concrete pool deck, free-standing hot tub foundation, and a new deck!!! If I had to do it again, I would definitely choose Hipel Land & Pool.

We are very happy with our pool project and couldn't say enough good things about the service we received. Kadison the owner provided us with a very detailed quote that covered absolutely everything even things that weren't included in the pricing that we would need like gas and electrical work. When they came to site the crew was clean, worked efficiently and they were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had during the installation. We are very happy now that everything is complete and Kadison is always prompt in answering me whenever I have any questions about operating the pool.

Kadison’s primary responsibilities are sales & marketing but also involve the continuous effort to improve Hipel Pools and our teams abilities.

Jayden is actively involved on-site in every Hipel Pools project. Responsible for managing our team of pool craftsmen, project logistics, and quality control.

Jennifer will be your initial point of contact when working with us and is responsible for customer communications, accounting, and project coordination.
